• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time, as Rolf Binder may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you are running late, please contact Rolf Binder Wines on (08) 8562 3300 and they will arrange to place you on the next available appointment

• Entry to the vineyards is strictly prohibited at all times as this is a working environment and biologically sensitive area
• Each tasting flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks
• All guests must participate in an individual wine flight
• Pizza menu is seasonal and subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as an example only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Valid for dine-in only
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• The experience is designed for a minimum of two guests. Additional guests are welcome if you have a bigger group
