• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to lesson time to collect your surfing gear

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Ample free parking is available at Spit Beach
• A shuttle service is available for participants only, payable directly to Get Wet Surf. Pick-ups are restricted to select locations only. See here for more information
• Private change rooms, showers, toilets and storage for your belongings are available at Get Wet Surf’s office
• Rate includes one instructor per lesson. Additional instructors may be added on request from A$80 per instructor, payable directly to Get Wet Surf. Please advise at time of booking if you would like additional instructors
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience

• Please note, surcharges may apply on official Queensland public holidays, payable directly to Get Wet Surf
• Guests are required to complete a Medical Form prior to arrival, which will be sent via email
• Lessons take place in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the instructors deem the surf is too big or completely flat, or if the conditions are unsafe due to high winds or lightning, Get Wet Surf will reschedule your lesson. If you are unable to make the new lesson time, Get Wet Surf will provide a credit or refund, at their discretion
