• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 1pm; returns 6.30pm (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Courtesy coach transfers are available from the Port Douglas area – please advise at time of booking if you would like to book a transfer
• Please note: Coach transfers from Northern beaches will not be available from 1 April 2025. Private transfers can be arranged direct with Sailaway
• Departure Point: Sailaway Marina Office – 8 Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina, Port Douglas 4877. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time

Important:

• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• This is an adventure tour suitable for travellers with good mobility. To participate in snorkelling you must be confident in the water with good swimming ability, as snorkelling can be a strenuous activity
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Vegetarian and gluten-free menu options are available on request. Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Maximum 33 guests per tour

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must be aged 13+ to participate in this experience
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and present valid ID if requested
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sailaway for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
