• Please check in at the Quicksilver Cruises reservations counter at 9.15am. Staff will issue you with your boarding pass and direct you to the vessel. Boarding commences at 9.30am

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, and optional activities, including diving and ocean walking
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• A fuel surcharge may apply. With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Quicksilver Cruises
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Quicksilver Cruises for passenger and crew safety

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made before 12pm (midday) on the day prior to travel: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 12pm (midday) and 6pm on the day prior to travel: a 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to travel, late arrivals and no shows: a 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
