- Kipo and DOXA open at 4pm which is when the F&B portion of the package can be redeemed
- Vouchers are valid only for the package purchased and specified in the listing. They cannot be modified, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit—either in full or in part.
- Must be used within the same day, cannot break package up into multiple days
- Non-alcoholic preferences: If guests do not consume alcohol, Fira Phuket reserve the right to substitute non-alcoholic alternatives at their sole discretion. No cash or credit refund will be given in lieu of alcohol-based items.
