Important:
- Exclusions: Hotel transfers, additional food and drinks, buggy service, visa and gratuities
- Infants under 3 years old may enter free of charge – please advise of full details at time of booking. Children aged 3+ are charged at adult rates. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian aged 18+
- Access to lounges is as per selected package and is non-transferable to other guests
- Please have all of your travel, immigration and ID documentation ready to present
- Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. If the size of luggage exceeds 56 x 36 x 23cm, each piece incurs a surcharge from THB 100 per luggage
- Maximum time limit of 2.5 hours applies for lounge usage. Extra time is charged from THB 350 net/hour/person
