• Pick-up/Drop-Off Point: Your Phillip Island accommodation or Cowes Transit Centre, please specify at the time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Most accessibility needs are able to be catered for, however, unfortunately, the midi-coach is not wheelchair accessible
• Eating or drinking on the coach is not permitted
• Please allow approximately three hours for the duration of this tour, including travel time
• Please be aware, Local Way Tours do not pick up from the Rhyll Ship Tender Location. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are at the Cowes Shuttle Bus Location in time for the tour. Shuttle Buses run regularly from Rhyll to Cowes and back again. We will then drop you back at the Shuttle Location at Tours end

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–17. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Infants will not be guaranteed their own seat
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
