Availability:

• Available session hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm; Saturday: 8am–5.45pm; Sunday: 9am–5.45pm
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Note: Rates are valid for Weekday (Monday – Friday) OR Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) session, as purchased
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your session. If you arrive late your session will not be extended, and you will be cutting into your ride time

• Please allow up to one hour for this experience
• Medium level of fitness is required
• The wearing of helmets is compulsory
• Ride-outs will travel at the pace of the least experienced rider with large group ride-outs walking only. Due to the ground conditions, all winter ride-outs will be walking only

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum age for this experience is 10 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or adult guardian
• Rider maximum weight is 110kg
• Dress code: Please come dressed to ride, wearing full-length pants (jeans/leggings, etc.) and closed-in shoes with a slight heel and a smooth sole; sneakers will be suitable. Singlets or shorts are not safe to ride in; if wearing incorrect attire, you will not be permitted to ride, and your ride will be cancelled, with no refund applicable
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Pregnant people: Due to the high-risk nature of horse riding, pregnant riders will not be permitted to ride, with no exceptions, and no refunds offered

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-transferable and non-refundable, including for late arrivals and no-shows. Please make your selection carefully

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
