• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Things don’t always work out. This experience may be cancelled with a 100% refund up until 7 days after booking confirmation, subject to the below conditions:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund applicable
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ prior notice to tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. Maximum group size of 10 people per tour applies

• Tour proceeds in all weather conditions. In the event of a forecast exceeding 44 degrees Celcius 12–24 hours prior to a tour date, it will be cancelled and a notification will be sent out. Participants will be contacted for the option of a refund or rescheduling
• Food and drinks are not included
