• Tour available every day: 10am, 11am, 12pm booking times
• Lunch available every day: Served between 11am-2.30pm
• Not valid: Event days and public holidays

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to tour start time

• If you’re a wheelchair user or have accessibility requirements please ensure you contact The OZONE directly to make your booking. It’s important to ensure that they can accommodate you on the tour and ensure your safety
• Wheelchair and pram access throughout the tour

• Valid for dine-in only. Set menu inclusions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to City View Café

• Concession ticket is valid for holders of a valid Australian Pension Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Health Card or Student Card
• You are not permitted on the main pitch at any time (but may enter onto the perimeter astro turf, where approved by the tour leader), and you are not permitted to enter prohibited or restricted areas (which may vary without notice)
• Itinerary is subject to change. Areas of the Stadium accessible during a tour are subject to change on a daily, and tour by tour basis, at short notice, to accommodate operational requirements of the Stadium. Access to all areas of the Stadium is not guaranteed, and the tour operator has no obligation to provide an exchange or refund of the price ticket or package
• The tour will operate in all weather conditions (including rain)
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, who will be responsible for their care and conduct whilst participating in the tour
• No food or drink may be brought into Optus Stadium, other than bottled drinking water
