- This tour can be taken by beginners as well as experienced guests
- Please allow two hours for this tour from pick up to drop off
Terms & Conditions:
- Child rates apply to children 13 years and under. They must be accompanied by a full-paying adult (18+)
- Passengers accept that Epic Ocean Adventures may need to alter or amend tour arrangements from those published, with little or no notice
- Due to the natural and non-contrived environment in which tours operate, Epic Ocean Adventures cannot guarantee sightings of dolphins or any other marine life during the tour
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than seven days prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply, less any unrecoverable credit card or booking fees that may have been incurred
- Cancellations between seven days up to 48 hours prior to departure date: cancellation fee of $35 per person applies
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and is non-refundable
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
