• Available: Monday & Friday: Departs 8am; returns 5pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Blackout dates apply including 24–26 May and 24 & 25 December 2025
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from Nice hotels/accommodation. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. If your driver does not arrive within 10 minutes of the agreed departure time, please contact Smartour Riviera on +33 (0) 620296010

• Departure and return times may vary depending on traffic
• Food, drinks and gratuities are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All guests are required to fasten their seatbelt in the vehicle, per French legislation
• Children must be aged 4+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 4 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum of two passengers required for this tour
• Maximum 19 guests per tour
• All guests are insured against accidents during transport, except when boarding or leaving the vehicle. Smartour Riviera cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: full refund less a cancellation fee of EUR50 for refunds via bank transfer or credit card
• Cancellations made within 48 hours and 7 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Maximum purchase limit of 10 per adult and nine per child applies
