• Available every day: Tours depart every 30 minutes from 10am–8.30pm (last booking)
• Not valid: 27 November & 25 December 2025 and 1 January, 26 November & 25 December 2026
• Blackout Dates May Apply: Dates are identified in the Booking Calendar
• Departure Point: Atlantic Aviation West – 67 Tower Road, Harrison, NY 10604 within Westchester County Airport
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: When upgrade selected, return transfers are available from selected Manhattan hotels to/from Westchester County Airport – please advise accommodation location at the time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers (unless upgrade is selected)
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price.
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Wings Air Helicopters as aviation conditions apply
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Please note, this helicopter flight is NOT private and will be shared between you and five other people
• You may bring a camera on your flight but picture-taking on airport property is restricted. You will only be able to take a photo with the helicopter you are flying in. Once you are seated inside the helicopter, there is no limit on pictures or videos. Airplane mode is not necessary
• Each helicopter has space and weight limitations that must be adhered to for safe operation. Depending on the number of passengers and the size of the aircraft multiple carry-on bags or small suitcases are OK. Large suitcases and oversized items may need to be transported separately on the ground. Your charter representative can help arrange luggage transfer if needed

Terms & Conditions:

• Please note, this experience may not be suitable for pregnant women. Please check with your physician prior to purchase
• All flights will be conducted at the sole discretion of the Pilot In Command and may be cancelled due to weather conditions, aircraft maintenance or other reasons. You will be notified two hours prior to departure time if your flight cannot proceed.
• Flights will occur in ‘less than perfect’ weather as long as it is deemed safe by the Pilot in Command
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Wings Air Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• The maximum single seat payload is 113kg. Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Wings Air Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Wings Air Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations must be made in writing to fly@wingsairhelicopters.com at least 72 hours prior to departure otherwise you will be charged the full amount

Changes to Bookings:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Dress Code:

• Avoid wearing long scarves and hats that can fly off. Dress for the season but please note the helicopters are comfortably climate controlled
