• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Helicopters Nelson as aviation conditions apply
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Helicopters Nelson will be in touch after booking to collect passenger weight information. If a standard airline seatbelt is too small or you weigh over 100kg, please advise on booking to Helicopters Nelson can plan the loading to the aircraft. Please note, surcharges may apply in this situation, payable directly to Helicopters Nelson on the day of travel
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• If weather conditions render flying unsafe on the day of the trip, Helicopters Nelson will cancel the flight at no cost or rebook for another day, if space is available. This decision is at the pilot’s discretion and incurs no charge in this situation
• If flights are cancelled due to weather conditions, customers will need to organise alternative method of transport to their destination.
• Flight durations are approximate and can be subject to weather conditions. On occasion, flight paths and landing locations may change at the pilot’s discretion
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Helicopters Nelson. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Helicopters Nelson will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Helicopters Nelson works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
