- A full safety briefing as well as safety equipment will be provided at the Volcanic Air Base
- All passengers will be required to be weighed on the day of flight to ensure proper weight distribution in the aircraft
- Please allow approximately 40 minutes total for this experience

- A minimum of two adult fares are required for flights to operate
- Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Volcanic Air as aviation conditions apply
- Tour duration, flight times and inclusions may vary due to weather conditions and passenger loadings
- Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
- Any deviation from the declared weights within reason may incur a surcharge or result in your flight being rescheduled
- If an individual’s weight exceeds 110kg a surcharge may apply. Any passenger exceeding 135kg will be required to purchase two adult fares
- Excursion landings are undertaken at your own risk
