- Drop-Off: A one-way transfer from Māpua to Nelson is included in your tour
- Guests will be allocated the correct bike for their height on arrival. For sizing information, please see here
- Please Note: Tour is available on Saturday & Sundays only during winter months (May to October) and every day during summer months (November to April)
- Māpua Ferry cost is not included in tour price. Tickets can be purchased onboard from NZ$15 per adult one way and NZ$6 per child one way, payable directly to vendor via cash or card
- Ferries depart at 10 minutes past the hour every hour from 10.10am to 5.10pm daily
- This is a self-guided tour covering approximately 26 kilometres of easy, Grade 2 trail from Neson Airport to Māpua. Please allow from two to six hours, depending on the number of stops
- Electric bike hire is limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment

Cancellations:
- Nelson Cycle Hire reserves the right to charge a one-off administration/cancellation fee
- Cancellations made more than 61 days before departure date: 100% refund applies less a NZ$50 administration fee
- Cancellations made within 31–60 days of departure date: 75% refund applies (or NZ$50 administration fee, whichever is greater)
- Cancellations made within 14–40 days of departure date: 50% refund applies
- Cancellations made within 0–14 days of departure date: 50% refund applies or booking can be transferred without penalty
Changes to Booking:
- Changes can be made for a fee from NZ$25 per change
