• Ticket valid only for the selected day. Access will be possible at any time within that day, subject to opening hours

• Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Bernabéu tour
• Please allow approximately two hours for this experience
• Food, drinks and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off and transportation between the museums is not included in the tour

Terms & Conditions:

• It is MANDATORY to collect the tickets at the Julià Travel office in San Nicolás Street, No. 15, 28013 Madrid. Lead guest must provide a photo identity document (ID card, passport or driver’s licence) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets
• If participants go directly to Bernabéu Stadium without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour
• Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check opening schedule before your visit
• Due to the works being carried out at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Julià Travel will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets
• Due to the works being carried out at Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; the virtual reality area; the Presidential Box; the first team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; players’ tunnel and the pressroom
