- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from your hotel. Hotel pick-ups start 1.5 hours before the start time and can be up to 30 minutes before the start time depending on your location. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
