• It is strongly recommended you check you are suitably covered by travel insurance and/or health cover to partake in Mountain biking activities

Terms & Conditions:

• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 12
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Trips generally operate for a minimum of three and maximum of 10 participants
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than seven days before experience date: 30% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within seven days of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Seven days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
