• Pick-up/Drop-off point: 4 River Terrace, Tweed Marina, Tweed Heads 2485, New South Wales. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows

• Exclusions: Surcharges apply for additional passengers that exceeds four people (total includes children and infants)
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 45 guests
• Please allow up to 2 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Lower deck is accessible with manual wheelchairs, strollers, wheelie walkers

• Cruises operate in all weather conditions, guests are not able to cancel or reschedule due to the weather. In case of dangerous weather or river conditions, management can reschedule. In this instance the vendor will contact guests as soon as possible, generally 24 hours prior to cruising. Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Tweed Eco Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
