• Departure Point: Hotel pickup is only available from selected Northern Beaches hotels, including Palm Cove and Trinity Beach areas, please specify at the time of booking
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to re-confirm their place of accommodation at least 48 hours prior to travel. Down Under Tours accept no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by passengers, regarding their pickup

• Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venues
• A dedicated wheelchair vehicle is available for Kuranda passengers departing only (maximum four). Advise of wheelchair passengers must be given at the time of booking. Please contact Down Under Tours reservations team for attractions that cater for wheelchairs
• Although Down Under Tours endeavours to ensure that all passenger’s belongings are secure throughout the tour/charter and that all belongings are collected on disembarkment, Down Under Tours and its employees shall not be responsible for lost property. If an item is left on the vehicle, there are two options to ensure its return: Guests can make their own way to Down Under Tours Depot at 26 Redden Street, Portsmith, between 6am–5pm daily to collect their item, or if guests are unable to collect the item themselves, they can contact a courier service to collect the item from the premises and deliver to their nominated address (own expense)

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and be able to provide valid photo ID upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions
• The Kuranda Scenic Rail (KSR) is subject to extreme weather conditions resulting in non-operation. In this instance, return Skyrail will be provided to substitute the KSR portion. You will be advised on the day of alternative arrangements that will be available to you
