• If a tour does not operate for any reason, such as not reaching minimum numbers, adverse weather conditions, or for any operational or other reasons outside of the vendor’s control, then the customer will be offered an alternative day to travel; a credit note valid for 12 months; or a full refund at the discretion of Go West Tours
