• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• A text confirmation will be sent at least 12 hours prior to your tour departure date
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience
• Reefwalker Ocean Discovery recommends comfortable clothing of a lightweight material for most days and occasions. It is recommended to bring along a jumper and/or windproof jacket as the conditions at sea are often harsher than what you will experience on land
• Smoking is not permitted on the vessel

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Passengers are able to bring their own alcohol onboard, however if any passenger arrives under the influence of alcohol, Reefwalker Ocean Discovery has the right to refuse boarding to such passenger
• Reefwalker Ocean Discovery have the right to ask any passenger to wear a life jacket at any time
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Reefwalker Ocean Discovery Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than three days before departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 12–72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations must be made in writing (post or email) and received by Reefwalker Ocean Discovery before the time constraints given in detail above

Changes to Booking:

• 12 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
