Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Expect to get splashed on jetboat
• Consider packing a change of clothes (optional)
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing
• Bring sunscreen & a towel

• Available every day: Departures available between 9am – 4pm. Note: Time selected when booking is for jet boating. Guests must contact Aquaduck directly to book their Aquaduck tour

• Aquaduck meeting point: Aquaduck, Circle On Cavill Shopping Centre, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Check-in 20 minutes before departure time
• Jet boating meeting point: Pelican Beach, Waterways Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217. Check-in 30 minutes before departure time
• Please make sure you arrive at the meeting points prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Note: Free transfers from Surfers Paradise are available on request but must be pre-booked by phoning (07) 5526 3089 in advance. All transfers are subject to availability

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, parking fees and hotel transfers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to two hours total for both activities. Additional time is required for pre-tour safety briefings
• Passengers are not allowed to take any personal items onboard jet boat ride for safety reasons. Locked storage boxes will be available to store your personal belongings prior to your ride

Terms & Conditions:

• The Aquaduck tour is operated by Aquaduck Gold Coast, located in Surfers Paradise. Aquaduck tours should be scheduled for the next available session after your Jet Boat session
• Children must be aged 4–14 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 4 are not permitted
• Itineraries and routes may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather and sea conditions
• Boat routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions and accessibility. Route description has been provided as an example only
• Partial refunds do not apply if any experience components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
