• Bookings must include the following information:
  • Passengers’ destination
  • Full names of all passengers, including children and infants
  • Date of service
  • Hotel name and address
  • Arrival or Departure Flight information (as applicable)
• Bookings that do not have this pertinent information will not be confirmed
• Please note: Aloha VIP will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Important:

• Rates are per car, one way
• Greeters will meet all members at their designated baggage claim (Arrivals) or at your hotel’s bus loading area (Departures) upon arrival. Please be on the lookout for an Aloha VIP Tours representative in red and white aloha attire holding a sign with their name on it. Greeters will then assist you to your vehicle
• Child and infant car seats need to be reserved in advance and incur a charge from US$10 per seat each way to be paid directly to the driver

Terms & Conditions:

• Handicap or Special Requirement Bookings: Bookings that require special handling such as handicap accessible vehicles must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) days prior to date of service to ensure availability. Bookings made within the required time are subject to availability. Handicap transfers are not available for the island of Kauai
• Passengers failing to report at specified time and location for their scheduled activity or tour are considered “No-Shows” and full charges will apply
• Flight delays:
  • Flight delays will not be construed as “No-Shows” and cancellation charges will not apply as long as the passengers arrive on their original delayed flight for which the reservations were made
  • Passengers who arrive on a different flight without notifying Aloha VIP Tours are considered “Jumpers” and these passengers may be required to pay additional charges. Aloha VIP Tours will do its best to accommodate “Jumpers”, however we are not obligated to provide services if space is not available. The “Jumpers” are considered as “No-Shows” on their original flight if their actual flight arrives after their original flight
  • Unexpected arrivals are defined as passengers who arrive in Hawaii and for whom we have not received their reservation for services. A service charge of US$10 net per person will apply to provide services for these passengers in addition to the rate for services
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Two pieces per person. Maximum dimensions: Airline guideline of 62 linear inches (158 cm) and 70 lbs (30 kg)
  • There will be an additional charge for golf bags, sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles, surfboards (6 feet and under in size), and other unusual size baggage that require special handling. Airport transfer services will not be provided if passengers are traveling with any piece of luggage (including surfboards) that measures over six (6) feet in length
  • All additional baggage charges are payable directly to the transportation provider at time of service
  • Liability, if any, for the loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage shall not exceed US$100 for any single piece or US$200 in the aggregate for any single passenger. In no case shall carrier’s liability exceed these limits for cost of repair, replacement or actual cash value. Carrier shall not be liable for loss of, damage to, or delay of delivery of any baggage that is not acceptable for transportation. Claims must be filed with carrier within 24 hours of passenger’s arrival date and a written notice must be received within 30 days of arrival
