• Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time

• Please note, boarding for this cruise will take place via the beach with barefoot entry near the shore. Clothing may come in contact with water – please prepare accordingly
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Snacks and unlimited juice, soft drinks and drinking water are included in this tour
• Two alcoholic drinks per adult (21+) are also included in this tour
• Maximum passenger capacity for Spirit of Aloha sailing catamaran is 49 guests
• Tour ends after sunset, the time of which varies seasonally. Please check sunset chart for your scheduled departure date for approximate timing of return and off-loading

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Hawaii Nautical. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund

• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
