• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Man O’War Steps, Circular Quay 2000 NSW (located next to the Sydney Opera House)
• Please arrive at the pick-up point 15–20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• One non-alcoholic drink (soft drink, juice or water) per person is included in your ticket. Guests are welcome to BYO additional drinks and alcoholic beverages. No corkage fee applies
• Boarding requires a small step from the wharf to the vessel – Sea Sydney Harbour crew can assist as required
• Grazing platter menu is subject to change. Images and sample menu have been provided as examples only
• Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated for as this is a grazing-style menu
• The cruise does NOT contain a guided tour, however your skipper on the day may share personal stories and harbour knowledge
• For large group bookings it is recommended that you contact the Sea Sydney Harbour directly to check availability before purchasing tickets
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including boarding and disembarking. Cruise duration includes boarding and disembarking

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking to ensure the maximum number of passengers aboard the boat is not exceeded
• Cruise schedules are dependent on minimum passenger numbers of 10. Smaller group bookings will be at the discretion of the Sea Sydney Harbour team
• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 28 guests
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sea Sydney Harbour abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Reschedules are permitted up to seven days prior to your departure. Any proposed rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking
• Any rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance of the Sea Sydney Harbour
• You cannot make more than one rescheduling request
