• Available Wednesday & Saturday: 9am session time
• Not valid: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers
• Children must be aged 12+ to participate in this experience
• All participants must have basic swimming skills
• Minimum numbers are required to operate this experience. If minimum numbers are not met Gold Coast Watersports will be in touch

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum weight to participate is 40kgs per person, maximum weight is 140kgs per person
• All activities may be subject to weather conditions. If an activity is cancelled due to weather the provider will attempt to reschedule the activity. In the event that a suitable alternative cannot be arranged the provider will refund all monies paid
• The provider reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, alter departure times, substitute vessels, and cancel/reschedule the activity at any time
• All participants must disclose any prior or existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by, or prevent them from undertaking these activities. They must be in good health with no pre-existing back or neck injuries
• Anyone under 18 years old is required to have their liability form signed by a parent/guardian

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• A rescheduling fee of $25 will be incurred between 24 – 48 hours prior to activity

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking

• Maximum purchase limit of four per customer applies
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
