• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Available hours: Monday – Friday: 8am–6.30pm; Saturday: 7am–8pm
• Not valid: Sunday and public holidays
• Guests must arrive at least one hour prior to booking time. Forms must be filled out prior to treatment
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2024

Important:

• Late arrival may shorten session time
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide a valid ID upon request
• You must bring a swimsuit for use in the sauna
• Please advise prior to treatment if you do not wish to use the sauna
• Additional treatment time available – please mention at time of booking and payment payable to Summer Elisabeth Day Spa directly
• Please book early to avoid disappointment

• All treatments must be taken during one visit and cannot be split
• Treatments are packaged and cannot be altered or substituted
• Treatments are subject to availability and may be changed or substituted by Summer Elisabeth Day Spa
• Packages are suitable for pregnant people except for sauna and alcoholic drink. No treatment substitutions are available. An alternate drink will be provided
• Please allow for the following approximate times: pre-treatment: one hour; physical treatment: 80 minutes; post-treatment: 10 minutes. Treatments may be performed concurrently
