Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 8.30am; returns 4.30pm
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Pick-Up Point: Return transfers are available from selected Brisbane pick-up points. Please advise of pick-up point at time of booking
• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no shows void voucher
• Drop-Off Point: After the tour, your guide will drop you off at the same location as you were picked up

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional drinks, and take-home wines or merchandise from winery estate shops
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note, pick-up begins from 8am, depending on pick-up location. The Vino Bus will contact you one day prior to tour departure date via email and text message with a confirmed pick-up time. Pick-up location may be subject to change if you book within 48 hours of the tour
• Please note, tours departing on Mondays and Tuesdays will visit three venues (two wineries and one distillery). Tours departing Wednesday – Sunday will visit four venues (three wineries and one distillery)
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Valid for dine-in only
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• Drinking alcohol on the tour bus is not permitted at any time
• Tour operates in all weather conditions. All venues are equipped to cater for indoor and outdoor tastings
• The Vino Bus reserves the right to refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is affecting the other passengers experience in a negative way. Any threats to the driver, passengers or winery staff that are verbal or physical will result in the removal from the tour. If you are required to leave the tour due to a behavioural issue, no refund will be issued
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather, road conditions and special events

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 20 days before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 20 days and five days of departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between four days and 25 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
