• Departure Point: Opposite Hunter Valley Gardens on Broke Road, Pokolbin, NSW, 2322
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time
• Bookings valid to 4 December 2024

Important:

• Hotel transfers are not included
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Lunch is included in this tour. Please confirm at time of booking whether you prefer picnic lunch OR restaurant lunch. Any additional expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Whilst the carriages offer some weather protection, this is a predominantly outdoor activity and you should dress in weather-appropriate clothing
• Infants under 12 months of age are free of charge, however, please specify at the time of booking
• Please note, this is a shared tour and you will share your ride with other passengers
• Please allow up to 5.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Passengers must comply with weight capacity limits for the carriages. Total weight limit for each carriage is as follows: Wagons – 700kg, Victoria Carriages – 250kg, Landau Carriages – 450kg, Brougham Carriages – 250kg. Should your group exceed these weight total weight capacities, please contact Hunter Valley Classic Carriages directly on 0456193097 or email admin@huntervalleyclassiccarriages.com.au to discuss alternatives
• Failure to disclose being in excess of the weight limits or generalised sizing parameters for carriage seating may result in you or your group not being able to fit on your scheduled carriage or being turned away without a refund
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the experience
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or the unpredictable nature of working with animals. In the event of delays, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages will make every effort to notify you promptly
• In the unlikely event of unsafe weather conditions, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages may decide to transfer your tour to a bus, if available. If no other option is feasible, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for a later date
• The level of protection provided by carriages in inclement weather depends on the carriage style. While most of the carriage fleet offers some degree of protection, please be aware that you may get wet if it is raining
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
