Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations:
Your booking includes a 5% non-refundable booking fee for all cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fees apply
Please Note: On occasion, in the interest of guest safety, you may have to cancel tours due to unfavourable weather conditions. In this unlikely event, you will be offered travel on another suitable day or issued a refund, minus 5% booking fee
Changes to Booking:
24 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
- Swimmers
- A beach bag with a towel, hat and shoes.
- A jacket during winter to protect you from wind and for warmth after snorkelling
- Cameras in a waterproof case or Tupperware
- Cash for water, soft drinks, fruit juices and chocolates for sale on board
- Everything you need for the day, as you will not return to your accommodation between tours

- The Fly Raft package departs from the mainland. This package is unfortunately not available for guests of Long Island, Hamilton Island, Hayman Island or Daydream Island
- Boats are suitable for most ages from 6 months upwards (weather permitting). If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the date that you are travelling, or wish to speak to Ocean Rafting about young passengers travelling, please call on (07) 4946 6848
- The Northern Exposure tour visits two snorkelling locations around Hook Island, each for approximately 45 minutes
- Please contact the tour operator for any special dietary requirements at least the day prior to departure to ensure that a substitute can be provided or catered for
- Ocean Rafting has a no BYO alcohol policy. However you are able to bring along soft drinks and bottled water for your day

- Tours are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Ocean Rafting for passenger and crew safety. If your tour is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, Ocean Rafting will contact you to advise the next suitable date
