• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort – 71 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach 4217, Queensland
• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year. Go Ballooning will confirm final meeting time the night before via SMS
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Hot air balloon rides are shared (unless private upgrade is selected), meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests. The hot air balloon baskets accommodate as little as 2–4 passengers, all the way up to 20 guests at a time. Ample space is available in the baskets to accommodate group sizes comfortably
• There are no weight restrictions for any of the tours. At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon. This information helps allocate the appropriate amount of passengers per balloon for everyone’s comfort while ensuring passenger safety
• Flight time is approximately 30–60 minutes, with an average flight time of 45 minutes
• Please note, this experience is not wheelchair accessible

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• This experience is not suitable for children under 3
• Children aged 3–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian at all times
• No pregnancies at the time of flight
• No broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Must be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in our vehicles
• Flights are subject minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Go Ballooning
• Go Ballooning is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check-in for their hot air balloon tour, Go Ballooning has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon tour and no refund applies
• Flight will go for a minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 60 minutes and hot air balloon rides are approximately 45 minutes across Australia. All are dependent on the day’s wind levels and direction
• Passengers are responsible for phoning Go Ballooning to reschedule if their flight is cancelled. You will be eligible for a one-month validity extension if you have had three ‘no-flight’ bookings cancelled by Go Ballooning. ‘No-flight’ days are at the discretion of the duty pilot for passenger safety

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days from departure date: Refundable, less an administration fee from A$50
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure date: No refunds permitted. Passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances including being unwell to fly

Changes to Booking:

• Changes made more than 7 days from departure date: A rebooking fee from A$25 per booking applies
• Changes made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to departure date: A rebooking fee from A$50 per person applies
• Weekday flights will need to be rescheduled on a weekday flight only, excluding public holidays
• Within 48 hours of departure: no changes are permitted

• Maximum three redeemable per booking. Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
