• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher
• Please allow time for parking and walking to the jetty
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025

Important:

• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Infant tickets do not include lunch. All children must be accompanied by an adult
• This cruise is not suitable for guests using wheelchairs
• Please leave prams in the car if possible, as there is limited storage onboard
• Dolphin sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Please wear appropriate footwear, high heels are not suitable for The Pirate Ship Mandurah
• Please stay seated at all times throughout the trip unless you are asked to move by a crew member

Terms & Conditions:

• Seniors rates are valid for holders of a valid seniors card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One adult is required to supervise a maximum of five children
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Pirate Ship Mandurah for passenger and crew safety
• Due to a number of fraudulent transactions we now require customers to present their credit card that was used for booking upon boarding
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days of cruise departure date: No cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 7 days of cruise departure date, late arrivals and no shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@pirateshipmandurah.com.au. Calling, leaving a message or speaking to the team in person is not an acceptable form of cancellation

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
