- Note for Arrivals transfers: Passengers must make their way from the arrivals/customs hall and head to the Tour Managers Fiji office, where you will be greeted and escorted to your waiting vehicle

- Airport Meeting Point: Tour Managers Fiji Desk, through the customs hall on your left as you proceed towards the exit
Important:
- Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
- Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
- Transfer valid for up to three, six or eight passengers, as selected (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant)
- This experience does not include and infant car seat. Surcharges apply
- Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
- Rates are per vehicle, one way for land based transfers only. This is not valid for ferry transfers
- Valid for land travel to OR from Nadi International Airport (NAN) and selected Fiji hotels on Viti Levu only
- Hotel transfer options include: Nadi, Denarau Island, Hilton DoubleTree/Sonaisali, Marriott Momi Bay/Natadola Beach/Fijian, Tambua Sands/Hideway/The Naviti/Warwick, or Namuka Bay/Crow’s Nest/Shangri-La Yanuca Island/Outrigger hotels only
- Suitable for up to three passengers, six passengers or up to eight passengers, as per selected vehicle type
- Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer
- Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date/time will incur no fees
- Waiting time charges – set amount for first hour
- Waiting time charges – For the first hour; 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. For more than two hours; an additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every additional hour
- Luggage limits: There is a limit of 1 standard-size suitcase allowed per person on Tour Managers Fiji vehicles. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs, and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage
- For any late booking within a 24-hour period, please contact Tour Managers Fiji directly via phone call followed by an email

Terms & Conditions:
- All guests must call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to re-confirm pick-up and drop-off details for their journey
- Any bookings received within 48 hours of the date of service will be subject to the availability of vehicles
- Transfer services and any specific requests for a type of vehicle are subject to availability. Where vehicles are fully booked, Tour Managers Fiji will offer transfers with one of its preferred transport subcontractors. This will be advised at the time of booking and will be confirmed if you approve
