    • Luxury Escapes will email your tickets within five days of purchase, this ticket must be presented to South Sea Cruises
    • Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available

• Check-in commences 30 minutes priror to departure time. Please ensure that you arrive for your pick-up on time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Valid for the date range selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Should you require a vegetarian lunch option, please specify at the time of booking
• Any food and drink not mentioned are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Barefoot Kuata Resort
• Children tickets valid for ages 5–15 inclusive. Infants under 5 are complimentary but must be advised at the time of booking. Infant meals are not included and are payable directly to the resort

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of South Sea Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and conditions

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
