- Sea World Cruises Marine Precinct is located next to Sea World Helicopters. You do not need to enter Sea World Theme Park to access this experience
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time for check-in
Important:
- Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
- Passengers will be required to complete a Waiver of Liability before boarding
- Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including check-in time and approximately 45 minutes’ ride time on the Broadwater
- You will get wet on this experience. It is recommended to bring a towel to dry off and a change of clothes
- Photo and video packages are available as optional purchases for a fee on the day, payable directly to Arro Jet

- Children under 5 years old or smaller than 1.1m in height cannot participate
- Children aged 5–13 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
- Tours are subject to availability depending on weather conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions. If Arro Jet cancels prior to departure, all efforts will be made to reschedule tour at a suitable time for the participant
- All passengers must sign a waiver form on departure; guests under 16 must have their sign-in completed by a parent or guardian
