• Due to the religious nature of the Basilica, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. A scarf or shawl is acceptable. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
• Large bags and backpacks cannot be brought into St. Mark’s Basilica

• Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions
• Due to circumstances beyond Walks’ control, sites may occasionally close. Every effort is made to stay as close to the itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary
• Walks cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
• Sites visited during this tour are subject to occasional closures due to holy observances, high tides, and/or flooding. If a site closes, your guide will tour the exterior of the site. If time permits, we will reach out to you before your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time
• St. Mark’s Basilica can be subject to unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations. In this event, your guide will give the tour from the exterior of the Basilica. No refund will be issued
• If the local municipality restricts access due to high tide and no walkways are available, the guest must bring appropriate footwear (e.g., boots). The guide will modify the itinerary to include alternate dry paths whenever possible
• No refund will be provided if high tide prevents certain parts of the tour, but adjustments to the route will be made for guest safety and comfort
