• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, optional driver/guide gratuities and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Luggage is restricted to one small/medium size bag per person, approximately 15kg per person
• Smoking is not permitted on the tour vehicle
• Please note, hot drinks are not permitted on the vehicle for the safety and comfort of all passengers
• Please note, tour does not include entry to Urquhart Castle. Guests can add an optional Urquhart Castle and Cruise on Loch Ness from GBP 28 per person, payable directly to Highland Experience Tours
• Please note, for tours operating on 26 December and 1 January there will be no cruise or castle visit available. On these dates, it is recommended to bring a picnic lunch with you as there will be limited options for food
• Highland Experience recommends all passengers take suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance
• Please allow up to 13 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for full-time students and seniors aged 65+. A valid student or seniors card must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. Valid proof of age will be required
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions. Please note, tour will operate in reverse on some dates
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
