• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Luggage is restricted to one small/medium size bag per person, approximately 15kg per person

• Concession rates are valid for full-time students and seniors aged 65+. A valid student or seniors card must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. Valid proof of age will be required
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
