• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
• Please note: The Elevate team will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and additional drinks
• Not valid for transfers to Ajman, Sharjah, Umm al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected, regardless of age (including children and infants)
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seat is available on request for a fee. Surcharge from USD$5 per car per seat per trip applies
• Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

  • Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Two (2) large suitcases
  • Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Five (5) large suitcases and one (1) small bag
  • If luggage exceeds the stated allowance, the transfer may be refused or additional charges may apply.
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
