• Scenic flight duration is approximately one hour total (two 30-minute flights). Wetlands Safari Cruise is approximately 90 minutes’ duration. Please allow additional time for transfers, boarding and disembarking. Times provided are approximate and subject to change depending on conditions of the day
• With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• This tour is operated by Nautilus Aviation in partnership with the team at Wildlands Wetlands Safaris. All tours are subject to availability and weather. Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Seat allocation including window seats for scheduled flights (non-exclusive) are decided based on weight and balance and at the discretion of the pilot or ground crew to ensure the safe carriage of all passengers. Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 3+ are legally required to be seated in their own seat and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardians lap. For bookings of more than one infant (under 3 years), please contact Reservations as aviation conditions apply
• Individual passenger weights and accompanying carryon luggage MUST be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price - this is non-commissionable and payable to Nautilus Aviation on day of travel
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made – unless credit facilities have previously been arranged
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Nautilus Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Nautilus Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for theirs acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
