Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 8am; return 4pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day (25 December)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Pick-up available from select Sunshine Coast/Noosa accommodation
• Please be ready and waiting at least 10 minutes prior to your pickup time at the correct location
• Please note that due to traffic conditions and collection of other guests also travelling, your pick-up time could vary by 20 minutes
• If you are running late, please notify ASAP. 15 minutes after tour scheduled start time is the cut-off and incurs a 100% no show fee

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Maximum number of passengers for this experience is 17. For groups of more than 17, please contact Croc Tours directly
• Children tickets are valid for participants aged 3–14 years inclusive. Infants aged 0–2 are free of charge - please note child seats are provided at no cost
• Please allow up to nine hours for the duration of this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• For senior or student tickets a valid ID must be provided upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Croc Tours operates in all weather conditions. Contact will be made if Australia Zoo must close, or weather is forecast to be too extreme to operate a tour. If this event occurs, full refund will occur

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than three days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• If you are running late, please notify ASAP. 15 minutes after tour scheduled start time is the cut-off and incurs a 100% no show fee

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes to bookings may be provided dependent on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour start time
