Availability:

• Available every day: Check-in at 6.30am. Ferry departs 7.30am. Return ferry to Brisbane check-in at 3.30pm; departs 4pm. Arrives in Brisane at 5.30pm (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Holt Street Wharf, 220 Holt Street, Pinkenba, QLD 4008

• All children in your party must be above the minimum age of six years when participating

Terms & Conditions:

• Age Requirements:
  • General: All guests must be 6+ to participate in watersports. Infants (0–5) may attend free of charge, but are not permitted to participate in watersports activities
  • Kayak hire: Guests must be 6+ to ride on a kayak. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and ride on a double kayak. Ages 16+ may hire a single or double kayak without an accompanying adult
  • SUP hire: Must be aged 12+ for stand-up paddleboard hire
  • Motorboat hire: Must be aged 18+ for motorboat hire. Additional indemnity deposit may be required
• All tours and activities are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Adventure Moreton Island for safety reasons
• Indemnity deposit: Please be aware that upon arriving at the resort, you must fill in an indemnity form and leave an A$50 pre-authorisation deposit. This is done for your convenience to eliminate further paperwork and deposits during the day. Pre-authorisations are frozen in your bank account and will be released within five to ten business days after your trip to Moreton Island
• Fitness requirements:
  • Participation in some tours and activities are physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury, or pre-existing medical condition (such as, but not limited to, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions) which may interfere with your ability to safely participate in the trip. Some medical conditions require physicians/doctor’s approval to be able to participate in tours and activities
  • Note: If you do have asthma, you are required to bring your Ventolin with you to be able to participate in the tour. If you are unsure or have any further questions, please contact the tour operator before booking on (07) 3410 6927
  • If you are pregnant and plan to participate in any Watersports activities or tours, you will be required to present your physician’s/doctor’s approval in writing. Please bring the medical certificate with you on the day, or email it to the tour operator prior to arrival

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: A$20 per person cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
