• Please check-in at Tour Desk at 9.15am. If you would like to enjoy breakfast in the Rusty Rails Café prior to departure please phone (07) 5348 9606 to book or arrive by 8am to allow enough time before departure

Important:

• Please note, this service offers bench seating only
• Sunday services return at approximately 1.30pm (30 minutes later than the Wednesday and Saturday services) as this includes an additional stop at Dagun where guests can enjoy outdoor games and a wine and cheese tasting, payable directly to vendors
• Please advise at booking stage if you are travelling with other passengers on another booking, so you can be seated together
• Guests who require assistance in boarding or have any medical issues that Mary Valley Rattler should be aware of, please contact vendor directly
• Donation: An optional $10 donation may be added at booking stage to support the restoration of Mary Valley Rattler’s many carriages. Donations alone are not a valid ticket
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included in your experience. Guests are welcome to bring their own food on board
• Mary Valley Rattler has capacity for some wheelchair access, but bookings must be made by phone. Please call the station directly (07) 5482 2750 to check availability

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–12. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Mary Valley Rattler cannot be held accountable for any cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Mary Valley Rattler retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions and mechanical issues
• The operation of steam is subject to weather conditions, total fire ban, volunteer driver availability or situations of the control of Mary Valley Rattler. At times there may be an operational necessity to change the scheduled engine

Cancellation:

• Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
