Things to know
- Booking requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Should Village Roadshow Theme Parks need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- You must print your booking confirmation and present it with a valid form of ID at any included theme park ticket booth on arrival
- Please note: In the event you need to attend an alternate date, there is no need to rebook. Your original booking confirmation will be accepted on alternative dates within the validity period
- Visitors are encouraged to download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks App and load their admission ticket to gain entry to the parks. Guests will be required to upload a clear headshot photograph of themselves for identification purposes and present the same upon entry, failing which entry may be refused

- Note: Passes are valid for five consecutive days, starting from the day you visit your first attraction

- Rides and attractions are subject to availability and may be closed without notice for maintenance
- Pass entitles admission to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild during normal advertised operating hours and covers all rides, shows and attractions
- Tickets are valid for five consecutive days. No extension to the validity period is available
- Please note, individual height and weight restrictions may apply to certain rides and attractions. Please review any ride conditions prior to arrival
- Park entry validity duration: One day represents a calendar day, not 24-hour cycle
Cancellation:
- This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable
Changes to Bookings:
- Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
