Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID upon request
• Children aged 0–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+)
• Please note, public holiday surcharges are not included and need to be confirmed with Tropic Tours at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Cancellations more than 30 days before experience date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations up to and less than seven days but more than 48 hours before experience date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
