Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of travel date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of travel date: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimming clothes, sunscreen and towel
• Water in a reusable bottle
• Guests may bring their own lunch or money to purchase food at tour stops if they wish

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 10am; returns 3pm
• Not valid: 25 December and 1 January
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: 10A Shields Street Cairns QLD 4870. Guests must make their own way to pick-up point

Important:

• Excluded: Additional food not mentioned, drinks and transfers
• Afternoon tea is included, however the tour will have plenty of stops along the way to purchase or feel free to bring your own
• Experience is valid for those aged 8+. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf and will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• Cairns Canyoning has had people in their mid-80s–90s on their experiences; as long as you are comfy on your feet and feel confident with your fitness levels for participation, then you are welcome to participate
• Hotel transfers are not included but may be booked directly with Cairns Canyoning upon request (additional fees apply)
• There will be time for swimming, so dont forget your swimmers and a towel if you want to dip your toes in

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants should disclose any medical conditions (including allergies) at the time of booking to enable Cairns Canyoning to cater to everyone on the day. As tours are a physically demanding adventure there are some medical conditions, impairments or disabilities may exclude participants from participation for safety reasons including but not limited to: pregnancy, spinal injuries, some neck injuries. Please call Cairns Canyoning directly to discuss any concerns prior to booking
• Experiences and itinerary stops are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Cairns Canyoning for participant safety
• Fuel and carbon levy surcharges may apply. These are payable directly to the tour operator
