• No sunscreen or jewelry is permitted as it can harm the dolphins. Wear sun-protective clothing and leave any jewelry at home

• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from selected Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please allow up to 60 minutes for this experience, which includes 50 minutes of swim time with dolphins
• Each child between the ages of 4–9 years must be accompanied by a paying adult in the water (16+)
• Child prices apply to children ages 4–9, children aged 10+ are considered paying adults
• This experience is not suitable for infants under 4 years old

Terms & Conditions:

• Session times are limited. Activities, interactions and times may be changed without notice at the discretion of Cabo Adventures for the welfare of the dolphins
• Cameras are allowed in observation areas only
• No jewelry or sunscreen allowed. Please wear sun-protective clothing
• Life jackets are provided and required
• Expecting mothers are restricted
• Please treat all staff and animals with care and respect at all times. Guests who are not able to abide by this requirement may be removed from the activity

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Changes depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed
