- Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to departure date will incur no cancellation fee
- Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Important:
- Meals and souvenirs are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
- This tour includes light walking so stable footwear is recommended
- Please allow up to three hours for this tour
- Tekapo Adventures requires the full names of every passenger travelling on the tour
- Participants must advise if they have any physical conditions or concerns that may affect their safety or enjoyment of the tour
- This is not a self-drive tour
- Transfers are not included

- Wildife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions. Tekapo Adventures reserves the right to amend tour times and itineraries as circumstances, time of year, and operational reasons require
- Tekapo Adventures reserves the absolute right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour
- There will be no refunds for delays incurred due to mechanical failure, accident, weather or any other unforeseen circumstances
- Participants are responsible for their property while on tour. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to personal property
- Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by staff before, during and after the tour. Participants are responsible for their safety and wellbeing during the tour and must act responsibly during any given tour
- Minimum group numbers apply for tours to proceed. Tekapo Adventures reserves the right to cancel a departure should the minimum number not be met
